With a foundation built at the renowned Venture Marine Ltd in Salisbury, where I first trained and honed my skills, I developed a strong commitment to exceptional craftsmanship in the manufacturing and fitting of RIB boat tubes. This experience provided me with the precision and expertise required to excel in this specialised industry.
Further advancing my career, I took on a managerial role overseeing the tubing department for another prestigious UK-based RIB manufacturer, Cobra Ribs. This position allowed me to refine my leadership abilities and manage complex projects to the highest standard.
With over 5 years of hands-on experience and more than a decade of combined expertise alongside my team, I am dedicated to delivering superior results, ensuring every detail meets the rigorous demands of the marine industry. My passion for quality craftsmanship and commitment to excellence sets the foundation for everything I do.
